Join TSP and District representatives today at Rice Lake High School, 4 pm, for a ground breaking ceremony to celebrate the recent facilities referendum and mark the beginning of this summer’s construction projects!
TSP worked with the district to design science and technology improvements at both the high school and middle school. Upgrades to entry security and bus loading areas will address safety concerns. Middle school improvements include new science classrooms and an additional gymnasium. An expanded auditorium lobby area, new restrooms, and air conditioning will make it possible to accommodate larger crowds at this district venue.
Changes at Tainter Elementary School include an additional wing for an expanded kitchen and cafeteria, restrooms and a second gym. Renovations to the media center will better serve staff and students.
The projects were made possible by community approval of a $20.3 million referendum in November 2013.
