In the nine years since Finance & Commerce established its Top Project Awards, TSP has been honored five times, with the latest presentation taking place Oct. 12, 2016.

More than 450 architects, engineers, contractors, owners, and sponsors were in attendance when Michael Thomas, Chief of Schools for the Minneapolis School District, accepted a Top Project of 2015 Award for the dramatic remodel of Webster Elementary. Only 26 projects were honored from 105 submittals.

The other two schools honored were Jordan Middle School and Pine Island Schools.

Also in attendance was Webster Elementary Principal Ginger Davis Kranz. The TSP team was well-represented, too: Senior Interior Designer Justine Pliska and Architect Von Petersen, who collaborated with Kranz on the dramatic transformation; Managing Principal and Senior Architect Elizabeth Schulze, Architectural Graduate Jamie Walter, and Business Development Specialist Gary Sabart.
