TSP provided architectural services for the 13,600 square foot historic renovation and 2,060 square foot addition, breathing life back into this community treasure. The project included complete interior demolition and renovation of the existing theatre and new spaces, while updating the theatre’s technology systems and equipment. Exterior work included a new entry plaza, amphitheater, and outdoor dining area. In 2012, the 1000 Friends of Iowa organization bestowed TSP with the Best Development-Renovated Commercial/Civic Award for the project
