With more than 200,000 visitors in both 2022 and 2023, the TSP-designed Midco Aquatic Center continues to grow in popularity.

TSP is pleased to again collaborate with the city of Sioux Falls on a project to expand the indoor pool complex. The work includes a new locker room addition onto the existing east side of the building, renovations to the existing men’s and women’s locker room areas, and related site work.

This expansion will double the locker room capacity needed for daily use, large swim meets, and yearly events.

The project is underway and substantial completion is expected around Feb. 1, 2025.
