TSP will soon be moving to a new office, which will build upon the firm’s more than 50-year commitment to the Black Hills region. The investment in a new office will help the firm continue its legacy of providing exceptional customer service for a growing client base and maintaining a dynamic work environment.

The new office building will be located in the Skyline Pines East Subdivision on East Fairmont Boulevard. The 5,600-square-foot office will be just west of the main Monument Health campus and visible from Mount Rushmore Road.

The building will include a mezzanine that will enhance functionality for an alternate work environment and informal meeting and social space. A movable wall system will allow the conference room to be opened for better flow during large gatherings. With a nod to the natural beauty of the Black Hills, the elevated building site will provide a scenic view of the community.

Construction is expected to be completed in late 2024.

“The new office will enhance the creativity and cohesiveness of our experienced team,” said Mark Averett, TSP principal and Rapid City office leader. “The office design promotes modern technology and collaborative spaces to encourage innovation. I think these factors will contribute to our continued success.”
