Team TSP has moved into a new office, which builds upon the firm’s more than 50-year commitment to the Black Hills region. The investment in a new office helps the firm continue its legacy of providing exceptional customer service for a growing client base and maintains a dynamic work environment.

The new office building is in the Skyline Pines East Subdivision on East Fairmont Boulevard. The 5,600-square-foot office is just west of the main Monument Health campus and visible from Mount Rushmore Road.

The building includes a mezzanine that enhances functionality for an alternate work environment and informal meeting and social space. A movable wall system allows the conference room to be opened for better flow during large gatherings. With a nod to the natural beauty of the Black Hills, the elevated building site provides a scenic view of the community.

Construction was completed in late 2024.
