Thanks to TSP’s multidisciplinary expertise, River Bend Liquor Store has nearly doubled its capacity. This was made possible by adding a new warehouse onto the south side of the existing municipal liquor store in Windom, MN.

A reach-in cooler was removed to allow an expanded retail floor area, and two new reach-in coolers were installed to double the store’s cooler capacity. The project also included the addition of a new ADA-accessible office at the front of the store.

The retail floor area was upgraded by removing the existing carpeting and replacing it with an easier-to-maintain epoxy floor coating. Walls were given additional depth to receive insulation, which will reduce energy costs.

A new ADA-accessible office was created at the front of the store, replacing the former office, which was previously at a mezzanine level and inaccessible.
