Human Resources Director, Kari Kiesow ensures TSP follows all labor laws and oversees our company culture, training and development, benefits, employee relations, compensation, and recruitment. She is an advocate for the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) structure here and the success Traction has brought to our firm. Away from work, she spends time with family and friends, plays the role of taxi driver for her children’s sporting events, attends live concerts, travels, golfs, and visits the lake. A board member for the Teddy Bear Den, Kari has spent more than a decade as a classroom volunteer with Junior Achievement, mentors with Lutheran Social Services, is involved with the Sioux Empire United Way, and her children’s schools. Her favorite books would do her little good on a desert island, she says: “The World’s Most Powerful Leadership Principle, “It Doesn’t Have to be Crazy at Work,” and “Girl Wash Your Face.”
