Jeff Bowar enjoys a good brainstorming session and throwing ideas at the wall. When ideas stick and they solve issues, even better. As Marketing Manager working out of TSP’s Sioux Falls office, he tells the TSP story and helped spark initiatives like the company’s weekly internal e-newsletter called Around the Square and played a role in getting the firm’s annual meeting off the ground, which brings team members from every office together and strengthens connections across the organization.

Jeff lives by a simple motto: “Be patient. Be positive.” He takes time to listen, encourages different viewpoints, and keeps projects moving forward with a steady, upbeat attitude. Outside of work, Jeff follows the Jackrabbits, tries to keep up with his teenager and two young adults, needs to spend more time with his wife, and keeps an eye on the inclusion community and those with all abilities. For Jeff, it all comes down to staying positive and “doing the math” when things go sideways.
