Kari Kiesow leads efforts to build a strong workforce at TSP, Inc. She oversees company culture, employee relations, recruitment, compensation, benefits, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. A strong advocate for the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), she champions the structure and accountability that Traction has brought to the firm.

Kari is an advocate for employee ownership and the opportunities it creates for TSP team members. Through TSP’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan, she fosters a culture of ownership, engagement, and shared success, helping team members understand the value of being an employee-owner and their role in the firm’s success.

In the community, Kari serves on the board of Ronald McDonald House South Dakota and has volunteered with Junior Achievement for more than a decade.
