More organizations are understanding the connection between employee satisfaction and happier, high-performing, long-term team members.
In a SiouxFalls.Business story, TSP was among the companies to describe appreciation efforts intended to help team members feel engaged and valued.
TSP’s annual meeting, held in Rapid City in late April, was a gathering for team building and fun, without an overwhelming amount of business discussion.
The event included special gift boxes for all team members and guests that featured a camping theme. The gift box included campfire mugs, snacks, a TSP pennant, a message from CEO Jared Nesje, and a full listing of activities.
The meeting agenda included an afternoon visit to Prairie Berry Winery with pizza making and beer tasting, and a dueling pianos show later in the evening.
TSP has held an annual meeting for all employees and their significant others since 2018. Because TSP has multiple office locations, a face-to-face gathering in a relaxed environment helps to build strong relationships between team members.
