TSP was among firms to receive the Champion of Architecture Award at the AIA South Dakota Convention in Sioux Falls on Sept. 12.

The four firms (TSP, Architecture Incorporated, Koch Hazard Architects, and Perspective) were honored for their role as founders of the architecture program at South Dakota State University.

More program history is outlined on the South Dakota State University architecture website.

“The architecture program at SDSU has advanced a better understanding of design in South Dakota,” said Jared Nesje, AIA, Principal and CEO at TSP.

“It is also a win-win partnership that strengthens the architectural community and drives positive change. TSP team members spend time on campus sharing knowledge with students. We make connections with these great architecture students, some of whom develop long and successful careers with us after they have completed their education.”
