TSP is a multidisciplinary design firm offering architecture, engineering, planning, and interior design expertise all under one roof. Founded in 1930 as a one-man shop, we’ve grown into a regional, employee-owned leader serving the Upper Midwest. Our team delivers thoughtful, integrated solutions for K–12 and higher education, healthcare, civic, and commercial environments. With a focus on collaboration and community impact, we design spaces that foster connection, function with purpose, and stand the test of time. In 2025 TSP, Inc. celebrated 95 years.
