The TSP team has designed a state-of-the-art medical office and outpatient service building to help Brookings Health System enhance existing services and meet future healthcare needs.

The 12,400-square-foot facility is the new home of Yorkshire Eye Clinic & Optical, with much of the remainder of the space devoted to outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. The therapy area includes 10 treatment rooms, a 2,000-square-foot gym, and a therapy pool room.

The new building was designed with a provision to allow for future expansion to the north.

Of the services offered by TSP, electrical engineering design services were delivered through a design-build partnership.
