Since 1930, TSP’s clients and partners have trusted us to hold up our end of the bargain. As we reflect on the end of our 85th celebration year, we’re reminded once again that it’s the people who make our company.

If you’ve allowed us to dream with you and help create lasting projects, you’re a TSP stakeholder. You’re the reason our employee owners and team of 100-plus professionals do what we do. We live, work, play, and worship where you do, in eight communities across five Midwest states. We’re your neighbors, and we vow to treat you like one.

The hallmark of TSP’s success always has been the strength of our relationships. It’s said the only constant is change, and we embrace it as we evolve to serve you better. We’re making smart investments in design technology, welcoming new talent to our team, and adapting new ways to keep you connected to every step of your projects.

But we hold to a few other constants, too–among them, the core values that founder Harold T. Spitznagel held when he first hung out his shingle all those years ago: Trust, Ethics, Honesty, Responsiveness, Collaboration, and Commitment. We won’t make promises we can’t fulfill. Everything we do centers on delivering Exceptional Client Service and Outstanding Design Solutions. Those two concepts have been part of our internal philosophy for as long as we’ve been around, and we’re not going anywhere.
