TSP has been honored by Prairie Business as one of the region’s 50 Best Places to Work, the sixth consecutive year the firm has received the honor.
During the nomination period, employees across South Dakota, North Dakota, and portions of Minnesota shared why they believe their workplace stands out as a great place to work.
Common themes are a positive workplace culture, opportunities for professional growth, strong teamwork, a sense of individual responsibility, high employee morale, and more.
Prairie Business received more than 1,600 award nominations on behalf of 80 companies this year.
The winners of this year’s 50 Best are highlighted in the September issue of Prairie Business. TSP is profiled on page 46.
The companies receiving the honor are headquartered or have regional offices in South Dakota, North Dakota, or Minnesota. They range from small companies to larger operations.
