With nearly 20 years of experience at TSP, Weiers brings technical expertise and a proven ability to guide teams to successful outcomes.
Throughout his tenure, he has led firmwide initiatives focused on process improvements, software development, and the mentoring of new team members.
Weiers earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from South Dakota Mines.
He is based in TSP’s Rapid City, SD office.
