TSP, Inc. has been honored by Prairie Business as one of the region’s 50 Best Places to Work, marking the seventh consecutive year the firm has received the honor.
During the nomination period, employees across South Dakota, North Dakota, and portions of Minnesota shared why they believe their workplace stands out as a great place to work.
Common themes included a positive workplace culture, opportunities for professional growth, strong teamwork, a sense of individual responsibility, high employee morale, and more.
This year, 1,377 nominations were submitted on behalf of 75 companies.
