One thing that won’t change as we look ahead: our focus on collaboration with clients. “What TSP does is something I’ve always viewed as horizontal collaboration,” says Von Petersen, office leader and senior architect. “It’s not vertical, where we come in and say, ‘Here’s what it’s going to look like, and here’s what we’re going to do.’ Instead, we’re going to sit here and just listen.”
