Architectural Graduate Andy Winter is motivated to create positive change through the built environment.

Combined with a desire to make a genuine contribution, his background in fabrication helps Andy design with a better understanding of how the parts of a building are used together to make one cohesive project. As a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Norfolk, NE, Andy first learned about his future employer when TSP helped the congregation convert a beverage distribution facility into a modern worship center. “Our Savior has been my home church for close to 20 years,” Andy said. “This new building has allowed the church to grow in members as well as increase the positive impact on the community.” If he is ever stuck on a remote island, Andy would request the Bible, a survival guide, and “Island” by Aldous Huxley for reading materials. “Take it Easy” by the Eagles is the one song of which Andy never tires. “It is the best song to sing with friends while cruising,” he said.
