Having previously designed urgent care facilities for Monument Health in Rapid City, the TSP team is pleased to support Monument’s dedication to providing high-quality healthcare services across the region.

In Box Elder, home to the Ellsworth Air Force Base, construction is now complete on a TSP-designed urgent care clinic. Located on a 2.15-acre parcel of land, the new Monument Health facility offers urgent care and primary health care services in this growing region of western South Dakota.

The clinic includes six urgent care exam rooms, five family medicine exam rooms, a large treatment room, X-ray, and lab/pharmacy.
