Team TSP is honored to partner with Ronald McDonald House Charities of South Dakota on the nonprofit organization’s first expansion into the western part of the state.

TSP is providing multidisciplinary design services for the House in the Hills, which will offer free lodging, meals, and support to families of hospitalized children.

The new facility will be located at the corner of East Fairmont Boulevard and Elm Avenue, just blocks from the main Monument Health campus in Rapid City. It will include 12 guest rooms with space for future growth.

The single-story community residence will also feature offices, a boardroom, community kitchen space, dining and a coffee bar, various youth spaces, a reception area, laundry, and other spaces to make the stay comfortable for visitors during challenging times.

A groundbreaking celebration was held on Oct. 1, and the Rapid City Ronald McDonald House is expected to open in late 2026.
