A new headquarters for a construction leader

Benike Construction, a fourth-generation, family-owned commercial construction company based in Rochester, Minnesota, has been serving the region since 1937. Known for its commitment to quality, craftsmanship, trusted partnerships, and exceptional project delivery, Benike provides construction management, general contracting, and design-build services throughout southeastern Minnesota.

As part of its continued growth, Benike partnered with TSP, Inc. to design a headquarters facility that reflects its legacy, culture, and expertise. Working in collaboration with HGA, which provided mechanical and electrical engineering services, and Structural Connections, the project’s structural engineer, TSP provided architectural design and interior design services for the new facility.

Design that showcases craftsmanship

The new headquarters highlights many of Benike’s self-performed construction trades, including masonry, concrete, and wood framing, serving as a showcase of the company’s expertise and craftsmanship.

Designed to support future growth, the facility nearly triples the size of Benike’s previous office environment, creating expanded opportunities for employee training, collaboration, and stronger connections between office and field teams.

Ground was broken for the project in April 2026, marking the beginning of a new chapter.
