Kyle grew up in Rochester in a family of engineers, with both parents working in the field. Their positive influence, along with his early fascination of taking things apart and usually putting them back together, combined with a desire to help others, made engineering the perfect fit. At TSP, he contributes to project success with an analytical mindset, innovative problem-solving skills, and technical ability. One particularly meaningful project for Kyle was his Eagle Scout project, where he designed and built multiple picnic tables for Ironwood Springs, a camp and retreat center for individuals and families with cognitive and/or physical disabilities, as well as military families. The picnic tables were specifically designed with shorter benches to accommodate multiple wheelchair users, making them accessible for all. Kyle lives by the motto of being curious and not judgmental. When not at work, he enjoys golf and other sports, spending time with family and friends, and designing creations for his 3D printer. A song Kyle never tires of is the Animals’ version of “The House of the Rising Sun,” due to its slower tempo.
