For the fourth consecutive year, the architecture, engineering, and planning firm TSP, Inc. has been listed among the region’s best places to work.
Each year, Prairie Business publishes its 50 Best Places to Work list.
Determining the list of the 50 Best organizations begins with employees in South Dakota, North Dakota, and western Minnesota, who nominate their place of business and explain why it is a great place to work.
This year, topics often mentioned included workplace culture, opportunities for growth, teamwork and individual responsibility, employee morale, and others.
Prairie Business received more than 1,500 nominations for this year’s award.
“This award is not just an achievement, it’s a reflection of our team’s dedication to making our workplace an environment where success and satisfaction coexist,” said TSP Chief Executive Officer Jared Nesje.
TSP has regional offices in Sioux Falls, Rapid City, and Watertown, SD, and in Rochester, MN.
