Modern bank architecture in Chamberlain, SD

TSP, Inc. provided architectural and engineering design services for a new 2,800-square-foot standalone banking facility for First National Bank in Chamberlain, SD. 

Designed to support continued growth and customer service goals, this new branch incorporates a contemporary architectural aesthetic inspired by previous banking facilities completed by TSP for The First National Bank in Sioux Falls.

Flexible design prioritizes visibility and natural daylight

The building features a flexible interior environment utilizing a DIRTT modular wall system, allowing the bank to adapt spaces as needs evolve. Expansive windows throughout the facility maximize visibility, enhance the customer experience, and provide abundant natural daylight to interior spaces.

The new bank branch was designed to create an efficient, welcoming environment for customers and staff while supporting long-term operational flexibility. Upon opening, the Chamberlain branch will be staffed by a branch manager, teller, and universal banker.

The Chamberlain location is expected to open in summer 2026.
