Although design can be simple at its core, it is ever changing, and McKenna Shallberg enjoys keeping up with the latest trends in the design industry. “I believe in not only an aesthetically pleasing finished product, but also something that is functional and enjoyed by those who use the space,” she says. As an interior designer, McKenna brings creativity, knowledge, and attention to detail to help clients realize their vision and dreams. From a young age, McKenna was encouraged to pursue the things that made her happy – whether in school, athletics, or life in general. Fast forward to the present, and that same outlook helps her enjoy life and make the most of what she has been given. In the community, McKenna volunteers with the Banquet and the Bishop Dudley Hospitality House. As for songs that never get old, there are two. “Highway Tune” by Greta Van Fleet or “Man! I Feel Like a Woman!” by Shania Twain. “Those are both truly fantastic songs that turn a bad mood into a good mood,” McKenna says.
