Director of Practice

Kelli Osterloo serves as Director of Practice at TSP, Inc., where she leads initiatives that support consistent, high-quality project delivery across the firm. She oversees efforts related to project management, workload scheduling, interaction between architecture and engineering disciplines, standards of care, best practices, and project processes. Kelli is responsible for advancing TSP’s quality benchmarks, with a particular focus on Quality Assurance and Quality Control.

Kelli approaches every project with a focus on understanding and meeting each client’s unique needs and goals. She is passionate about projects that strengthen communities, including healthcare facilities and other spaces that serve the people who rely on them every day.
