TSP has proudly called Rochester, MN, home since 1969. In 2021, a renovation project expanded TSP’s footprint across the entire east side of this long-occupied building.

The original building featured a north-south interior hallway dividing the space, with toilet rooms at its core. The renovation preserved much of the south section’s layout while enhancing functionality. Updates included a refreshed large conference room and private office, along with a materials library and small breakout room replacing former individual workstations. Centrally located, the break room, workroom (housing printers, plotters, and related supplies), and mechanical/electrical room ensure efficient operations.

TSP expanded into the north half of the building, creating an open collaboration studio surrounded by individual workstations. Restrooms were relocated slightly westward and enlarged for full ADA compliance, now accessible to both TSP and tenants occupying two separate office suites on the building’s west side.

To support a modern, flexible work environment, TSP installed new modular office-furniture systems, replacing outdated cubicles, casework, and chairs. All spaces received updated finishes, ensuring a cohesive and contemporary workspace.
