Voters in the Norwalk-Ontario-Wilton School District approved a referendum with 69 percent of the vote in April 2023. Approval by voters in this rural southwestern Wisconsin district authorized the N-O-W District to issue general obligation bonds not to exceed $24.9 million for a district-wide school facility improvement project. The school district also had approximately $5 million in added federal funding, placing the total project budget around $29.9 million.

After assisting the district in its referendum planning, TSP’s efforts then turned to a wide-ranging scope of work that included science lab upgrades, vocational education facility renovations, upgrades to agriculture classrooms, and converting the school gymnasium to an auditorium.

The work also featured upgrades to the District’s athletic complex, a fieldhouse addition with shelter, and improved playground and parking areas. Upgraded flooring, an improved drive lane, and enhanced elementary school entry were also among the renovations.
