Founded in 2010, the organization has continued to expand, prompting the need for a facility that can accommodate future growth.

Headquarters designed for success

TSP provided multidisciplinary services for the new, 40,000 square foot headquarters in Pine Island, Minnesota. The pre-engineered metal building includes 30,000 square feet dedicated to warehouse and print production, along with two stories of office space designed to support business operations and collaboration.

Project partners include Realty Growth Inc. and A.B. Systems, Inc.

Project status

Ground was broken in May 2026, and occupancy is anticipated by the end of the year. Located along U.S. Highway 52, the new headquarters will provide Logic of English with a centralized home designed to support its next chapter.
