With multidisciplinary expertise and a strong client focus, TSP took the idea for a new primary care clinic from a general program of needed space to a bid set of construction documents in 16 weeks. The facility design emphasizes patient privacy, efficiency of movement, and the ability for health care staff to easily access work areas.

“When the off-ramp from Interstate 90 onto Veterans Parkway was completed, we knew this area of town would need health care services,” said Andy Munce, Sanford Health vice president of operations, at a May 2022 groundbreaking. “Not only will this clinic provide care close to home for those who live in northeast Sioux Falls, it will also provide essential health care services for communities in southwest Minnesota and northwest Iowa.”
