In his role as Chief Executive Officer, Jared Nesje guides strategic vision, business development, and practice leadership across TSP, Inc.’s Midwest footprint. He leads the firm by building strong relationships with clients, team members, and community partners, believing that trust-based relationships create win-win outcomes for everyone involved.
No matter the day of the week, Jared is likely to greet you with the words, “Happy Monday.” It’s one of his trademark expressions, along with “Things happen for a reason” and “It is what it is.” Jared is only the fifth CEO to lead TSP and the first architect in the position since Harold T. Spitznagel founded the company in 1930.
